This Privacy Policy explains how AI Kokubu (https://ai.kokubu.pl/) handles information when you use the website and related TikTok integrations.
1. What we collect
- Usage analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page views and events (for example clicks from TikTok landings). This may include truncated IP, device/browser info, and referral/UTM parameters.
- Article search: When you use the free-text search, the search text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI and Vectorize to find related articles. We also keep the text, timestamp, and a one-way rate-limit hash in Cloudflare D1 when you submit an article request. We do not ask for or store an email address in this feature.
- TikTok account connection (when enabled): If you authorize our TikTok app, we receive TikTok identifiers such as
open_id, access/refresh tokens, and profile fields permitted by the scopes you approve. Tokens are used only to publish or draft videos you approve, and to refresh authorization. - Contact: If you email us, we keep the message contents to respond.
2. How we use information
- Operate and improve the free learning site.
- Measure whether TikTok glossary videos lead people to the site.
- Post or draft educational videos to TikTok accounts that explicitly authorize the AI Kokubu app.
- Keep the service secure and debug failures.
- Improve the article index and review requests for future learning material.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors we use include Google (Analytics), Cloudflare (hosting), and TikTok (when you connect an account). Each provider processes data under its own terms.
4. Retention
Analytics retention follows our Google Analytics settings. Article requests are retained while they are useful for editorial planning and may be removed afterward. TikTok tokens are kept while the connection remains active and are deleted or rotated when you disconnect or when refresh fails permanently.
5. Your choices
- Refuse analytics via browser controls / content blockers.
- Revoke TikTok access in TikTok account settings; we will stop API use after revocation.
- Request deletion of retained contact emails by writing to the address below.
6. Children
The site is general educational content and is not directed at children under 13.
