These Terms govern use of AI Kokubu at https://ai.kokubu.pl/ and associated TikTok developer integrations operated by Hiroyuki Kokubu.
1. The service
AI Kokubu provides free educational content about using AI tools for work (roadmap, glossary explainers, and related pages). No payment is required to study the curriculum on the website.
2. TikTok integration
When connected, the AI Kokubu TikTok app may draft or publish educational videos to a TikTok account that the account owner authorizes. Posts can include captions, hashtags, links to ai.kokubu.pl, and AI-generated-content labels where required. Unauthorized scraping or unofficial automation is not part of this service.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site or integration to post unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass TikTok or site security, rate limits, or access controls.
- You remain responsible for content published to your TikTok account.
4. No warranties
Content is provided “as is” for learning. AI example answers can be wrong; verify important facts yourself. We do not guarantee outcomes such as job placement or business results.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or TikTok posting features.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
